We proudly ship our products across the United States, Canada, India, and selected international destinations. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing Time

Production times vary depending on the type of product ordered:

  • Ready-made products: Ship within 3–6 business days

  • Custom printed or custom stitched products: Require approximately 6 business days for production before dispatch

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via FedEx Express.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.

Estimated delivery time: 12–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

USA & Canada Orders

  • Orders for the United States and Canada are dispatched from our USA fulfillment location.

  • USA: A 7% sales tax is applied to all applicable orders.

  • Canada: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide.

For international orders:

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx Express.

  • Estimated delivery time is 12–14 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier operations.

  • In rare cases, import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other local taxes may apply.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the consignee (recipient).

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are processed separately through direct communication or an approved wholesale inquiry.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, destination, and shipping method.

  • Shipping costs will be confirmed and approved before dispatch.

  • Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on customization and order volume.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Peak shipping seasons

  • Other unforeseen logistical issues

Bloom By Krishna will gladly assist with shipment tracking and communication with the courier; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by these external circumstances.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

For international shipments, customs authorities may impose import duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee and, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the consignee (recipient).
