No Refund Policy
We follow a strict no refund policy.
All purchases made through our website or direct orders are non refundable under any circumstance.
Most of our event decor products are custom made, produced on demand, or tailored to specific client requirements. Because of this nature, refunds cannot be issued.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product arrives defective or damaged
• The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery
• Clear photos or video proof are provided for verification
If a return request is approved:
• We will arrange collection of the defective item
• A replacement item will be issued
• No monetary refunds will be provided
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom printed products
• Custom stitched items
• Made to order items
• Discounted or sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products altered after delivery
• Gift cards
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Production begins immediately after order confirmation, so cancellation is not possible.
Damages and Issues
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 3 days with supporting proof so we can review and assist.
Approved cases will receive a replacement.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the case of defective or damaged items.
Exchanges for preferences such as size, color, or design are not provided.
EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason.
However, this does not apply to:
• Custom made items
• Personalized or printed items
• Made to order products
To qualify, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To request a return for a defective or damaged product:
• Report the issue within 3 days
• Provide photos or video proof
• Wait for approval before sending or returning any product
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds.
Approved cases always receive a replacement product, not a monetary refund.
